Sea Kayaking Burley Lagoon near Purdy- About 7 miles that included exploring a couple of estuaries.

It was another beautiful day paddling with a few PWC paddlers.  The area was at 28 miles South of the Silverdale/Bremerton area, near the Purdy area.  After a tough day of climbing (Mt Stone attempt) on the day before,  my legs were sore but the leisurely padding was very pleasant. The trip was sponsored by Charlie M, Bruce, Bob M, and I participated.  We basically cruised around the lagoon looking at the various types of houses, sea birds, and estuaries. I practiced some paddling technique whenver I had some time (sculling, paddling backward, some edging (not much angle)).   When we returned, I just did one roll due to cold water and weak physical condition.
