See Kayaking from Brownsville Marina to Illahee State Park (Sun, 8-11-2013), 8.6 miles roundtrip.
It was an excellent day for kayaking. We had nice shades from clouds with low 70s and some breeze. It was my first paddle since late April this year. Thanks to Bob McBride for sponsoring this trip. He got me motivated to go out paddling for 3 hours (1330-1630). It was warm enough that I did not need my dry-suit for practicing balancing, bracing, and rolls. In overall, it was a nice afternoon for all of us.
